What we collect, and what we do with it.

What you send us

The inquiry form takes your name, an email or phone number, the piece you are asking about and your message. Netlify, which hosts this site, receives the form and passes it to Santiago. If you sign up for new arrivals, Klaviyo keeps your email so we can send them; every email has an unsubscribe link.

Cookies and visit counts

HubSpot, the customer relationship tool we use, sets a few cookies so we know when someone who wrote to us comes back to the site. Klaviyo, which sends the new-arrival emails, sets a cookie to recognize a subscriber. Plausible counts visits without cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the site works the same without them.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages lead to an inquiry or a call. It sets Google cookies (_ga) to tell one visit from the next; it does not receive what you type into a form. You can block those cookies in your browser, or opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout; the site works the same.

What we don’t do

We never sell your information or share it for anyone else’s marketing. We use what you send only to answer you.

Deleting your data

Email info@crowndialtimepieces.com and we’ll delete what we hold about you within 30 days.
